Working with distraction, hyperactivity and implusiveness

The nature of our programs is such that we let children do a lot of activities and they learn as they discover meaning and usefulness of the tools. As in life, we can clearly make out the ones that get distracted, want to give up on the process of learning too soon or are just simply hyperactive. Parents are looking for solutions and some of the children, themselves, appear helpless.

Our approach to it is 3 pronged, one – understand the child and its family background better, understand what stimulates the child or helps him/her achieve balance, help them channelize their energy to learn and be successful using their strength and multiple intelligence profile. 

It is easy to label such kids, but over a period of time we have found that each child is so unique in its response to the different situations and the causes of their hyperactivity, ‘distractability’ and impulsiveness are as different as possible. Once we understand the underlying reason, the parent-child-sparkling mindz works in tandem to achieve their goals.
