Position Available: Learning Facilitator - Languages(English, Hindi, Kannada) Full-Time, Primary and Middle School THE ROLE: LEARNING FACILITATOR, NOT TEACHER You won’t “teach chapters”. You’ll design experiences where children discover concepts. You won’t “maintain discipline”. You’ll build a space where curiosity leads. You won’t “finish syllabus”. You’ll help children connect, question, and create. This role is for you if: You think marks aren’t enough. You believe every child can think. You want to build the future of school. --- WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. Design Learning, Not Lessons - Build child-centric learning outcomes tied to real-world skills, not textbook pages - Create games, materials, and provocations using Reggio-Emilia principles - Co-plan with team to connect Science with Stories, Kannada with Confidence, Social Studies with Systems Thinking 2. Facilitate Thinking, Not Lecturing - Run sessions where children lead discussions, ask “why”, and build answers together - Observe children daily — not just what they write, but how they think - Document learning patterns and share crisp weekly updates with mentors + parents 3. Iterate & Co-Create - Take feedback from children, peers, mentors. Adapt plans fast - Co-teach with other facilitators. Math meets Art. Hindi meets Design Thinking - Design “emergent sessions” based on what children are curious about this week 4. Partner With Parents - Keep parents in the loop on thinking growth, not just test scores - Run 1 parent touchpoint/month — demo class, reflection circle, or portfolio share 5. Grow With Us - Attend weekly team huddles + training. We learn before children do - Bring your ideas — new games, books, tools, ways to make learning stick - 1-year training + probation. We invest heavily in your growth --- WHO YOU ARE Must-Haves: 1. Graduate/Post-Graduate from any recognized university 2. Fluent communicator — you listen more than you speak, and speak so children understand 3. Growth mindset — you learn fast, take feedback, and love “what if” questions 4. Tech fluent — MS Office, Google Suite, Canva. You figure tools out 5. Child-first heart — you respect children, enjoy their chaos, and see potential over performance Big Plus If You Have: 1. Experience with children — teaching, camps, volunteering, your own kids 2. Background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or Creative Arts 3. Skills in storytelling, theatre, public speaking, design, writing, coding 4. Exposure to Reggio-Emilia, IB, Montessori, or other progressive methods Not For You If: You need a textbook to teach. Job Description: Keeping track of ongoing payments and expenses in accounting software like tally Providing information regarding pending payables and receivables and tracking it regularly Generating invoices and receipts for payments Maintaining records and calculations for monthly statutory payments Filing of bills and invoices for record keeping Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in accounting Excellent English Language Communication skills Proficient knowledge of Tally, Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude

We’re an Education 4.0 school building thinkers, creators, and leaders from age 3-16. Parents come to us anxious about the future. Your role is to listen, guide, and help them choose us. What You’ll Own 1. Lead Management & Response - Track and respond to enquiries from website, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Ads, walk-ins ,parent referrals etc within 2-3 hours - Qualify leads: Understand parent’s need, child’s age, current challenges - Maintain CRM/Google Sheet with accurate status, notes, next follow-up date 2. Counseling & Conversion - Telecalling: First connect, understand pain points, share how Education 4.0 solves it - Conduct follow-ups via call/WhatsApp — nurture, don’t spam - Explain Sparkling Mindz philosophy: Why “marks aren’t enough” and how we build life skills - Handle objections: Fees, location,infrastructure ,“will my child get marks?” Etc 3. Campus Experience - Schedule and host campus tours for parents + child - Arrange one-to-one meetings with Outreach Manager /Founder as needed - Create a warm, non-judgmental experience — parents should feel heard, not sold to 4. Closing & Reporting - Guide parents through admission process: Forms, documents, fee payment - Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining fit — we don’t want wrong admits - Daily/weekly reporting to management: Leads, tours, conversions, reasons for drop-offs - Share insights: What are parents asking? What objections come up most? You’re a Great Fit If You: 1. Listen more than you talk: Parents can sense if you care vs if you’re closing 2. Believe in Education 4.0: You can explain “metacognition” to a parent without jargon 3. Are resilient: 80% will say no. You learn from each no and improve 4. Role: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 1-2 years | Full-time | Location: Bangalore Start: Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Website Management: Own all WordPress updates, landing pages, blogs, event uploads & performance tracking - SEO + AEO: Drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on-page SEO, technical fixes & optimization for AI answer engines like ChatGPT/Gemini - Social Media Strategy: Plan content calendars, manage daily posting & growth for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube - Paid Campaigns: Independently run & optimize Google Ads & Meta campaigns. Familiar with schema, EEAT & AI search optimization - Content Chops: Strong copywriting, visual storytelling & trend awareness. You can write a hook and spot a viral format - Mindset: Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Data-driven but creative - Must-Haves: Excellent English, portfolio of past campaigns/content, deadline discipline - Bonus: Experience marketing to parents/kids segment.
