It is a pleasure to work with such bright young minds and be able to mould them to think about solutions through an open ended lens and look at multiple creative possibilities around them! It is fun to watch them step by step, day by day, try new things, different things and bracing themselves to deal with change creatively rather than defensively.
It is absolute joy to hear them go “Oh, oh, I have an idea, can I try again?” when confronted with a problem, instead of saying, “I’m bored” or “I give up”. As we move forward having sparked their minds, we would like to look back at the moments and cherish them as those that created a difference in their attitude towards life.
